Carrie Gash, 80, a native of Merigold, Mississippi, and resident of Morgan City, died Sunday, Sept. 18, 2016, at her residence.
Private services have been held.
She is survived by a son, Rodney D. Gash of New Iberia; a daughter, Lyndora Gash of Morgan City; seven grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a son, and a brother.
